The core of roller brush is supply chain and customer base-big cities have gathered global buyers, and you are exposed to high-end demands (such as customized brushes for intelligent cleaning equipment) every day, naturally, I know where to exert my power.

The second step is to take advantage of good brother and find an industry mentor to take root. When you arrive in a big city, don t pick a job-there is no sunset industry, only sunset thinking. No matter entering the factory as a mechanic or running sales, the key is to follow people. When I was young, I was in a brush factory in Shenzhen and followed an old master. He knew material science and could optimize ordinary nylon hair brush into a fine product with wear resistance and high temperature resistance. I don t want to figure anything, just one: do the work he explained to 200% perfect. For example, he asked me to test the dust removal rate of the new brush. I not only completed the data, but also actively analyzed customer feedback to help him save worry and effort. What s the result? I became his trusted assistant. Ten years later, he retired and I took over the technical team. Remember, 90% of young people always want to "block bullets", but in fact it is redundant-if you do things steadily and add less chaos, you can stay. Time will reward perseverance: within five years, you can rise from apprentice to supervisor; Ten years later, you will be the "old gun" of the industry ".

The third step is to take advantage of good partners to start a business in your 30 s. Accumulated to more than 30 years old, if resources are available, try starting a business. Starting a business is not a gamble, but a snowball by chance: meeting reliable customers or partners (even if they have no money), subcontracted the business together, and gradually expanded. The roller brush industry has the most important reputation-if you earn less and pay more, time will push you to the top.

In short, young people don t panic. Taking advantage of the city, mentor and partner, roller brush can still break out of the world. Our 30 years of wind and rain pintech are living examples: from small factories to international brands, the secret lies in "taking advantage of the trend".
