Someone laughed at me and said, "the front camera can shoot. Why do you spend so much?" But I know that the meaning of this photo is not just an image, but an attitude transmission: A brand that has been a roller brush for 30 years finally decided to go out of the background and face the world.

1. Professional people know what you want at a glance

this photographer came to the factory for the first time. I didn t say composition, light and shadow, and emotion. I only showed him three things:

  • A wool roll core imported from Germany, fiber alignment under the microscope;

  • an automatic hair planting line that has been running for 28 years, the sound of gear bite is as stable as breathing;

  • A batch of brushes just returned by the customer-because of the color difference of 0.3%, we took the initiative to recall.

After reading it, he only said, "you are not selling brushes, you are the gatekeeper." I knew at that moment that he understood.
Just like when I chose raw material suppliers, I didn t need a contract. With a look, I knew whether the other party was a "fellow person".

The most expensive thing in the world is not money, yes comprehension. He will know what fart you want to fart as soon as your ass is broken-this is not vulgar, but the highest level of tacit understanding.

2. If the money is in place, the heart will be in place.

I said, "this time we don t talk about advance payment, nor installment. The full payment will be called to you in advance."

I have seen too many bosses, searching for Koukou, cutting 50 thousand projects to 20 thousand, and paying in three phases. What s the result? I don t even want to send my friends to the things I bought.
In the manufacturing industry, this "price-lowering culture" has pushed the entire industrial chain into a dead end early: Material suppliers cut corners, workers perfunctorily, designers casually set templates...... Who will pay for the quality in the end? Consumers? Or an old factory like us?

So I insist: cooperate with excellent people and show respect with money first.
When the money is in place, people will come up with real skills-he not only took 48 sets of clothing styles, but also personally designed the background lights to restore the texture of our first generation of hand-made brushes. The shadow of the light hitting toothbrush handle is like the annual ring of time.

3. What artists want is works, and what we want is faith.

Some people say that there is no art in industrial products? But do you know? A qualified Pintech roller brush needs 19 processes, each of which is related to hand feeling, rotating speed and coating uniformity. There is a sentence hanging in our R & D room:
